Estimates

At Schenker Design & Construction, we believe that taking time with our clients is of the utmost importance. It is critical that we fully understand the scope of your project and vision. Therefore, we do not offer “Blind Estimates” without first getting a clear picture of the project and getting to meet with our future clients. It is the only way we conduct our business, and it is part of the reason for our solid reputation and continued growth.

The first step is scheduling a FREE VIEWING ESTIMATE. We will arrange to meet and get all the necessary information needed to process a FINALIZED LABOR BID for your project. From here, we will outline the FINALIZED LABOR BID in email format, so it is clearly detailed for your understanding. Should you decide to go with SD&C for your project, we will then talk about scheduling the work in the most efficient way possible.

SD&C requires a deposit of 60% of the TOTAL LABOR COST before starting work on any projects. A materials deposit is also required, and will be worked out on a per project basis.

***Occasionally, on smaller projects we can generate an overall “Ballpark Estimate” via phone or email without seeing the project if we feel we have enough useful information to go on.***
